Denmark has ratified an agreement on the Unified Patent Court

In a referendum of May 25, 2014, Denmark has chosen to join the Unified Patent Court.

Entry into force of this Agreement requires that it be ratified by 13 Member States of the European Union, which must include France, the United Kingdom and Germany.

Curently, 5 states have already ratified this Agreement: Austria, France, Belgium, Denmark and Malta.
