European Patent and Trademark Attorney, Eric DENJEAN has a PhD. in Pharmacy, with degrees from the CEIPI.
Eric joined LAURENT & CHARRAS in 1995 and became a Partner in 2002.
He obtained the Diploma on Patent Litigation in Europe (CEIPI).
Eric DENJEAN works with a team of European Patent Attorneys, engineers and in-house lawyers, handles patents in particular in the fields of chemistry, pharmacy, cosmetics, medical devices and biotechnologies.
Eric assists Clients in drafting, obtaining, defending and more broadly managing their patents portfolios. He defends their interests in contract negotiations (licenses, transfer, co-ownership, etc.) and also in litigation for counterfeiting or revocation of patents). Eric also regularly carries out audits for the purchase of patent portfolios.
Eric DENJEAN is a member of the Bureau of GRAPI, and a member of AIPPI.
Eric participates in many European and international intellectual property conferences, particularly through INTA and the PTMG.
He has special responsibility for developing relations with foreign clients.
He gives regular lectures at engineering and law schools on patents rights, particularly in the fields of chemistry, pharmacy and biotechnology.
